As the previous owner of a local nursing agency, Victoria gained much knowledge on what it takes to operate a successful staffing agency. Victoria began her nursing career in Lowell, MA as a Certified Nursing Assistant. In 1995, she started her new career as a Staffing Coordinator for one of the largest nurse staffing agencies in Florida and Nationwide. While there, she expanded her knowledge in Accounting and Business Development. Since then, Victoria has managed to grow the company to where it stands today.
